Baby Heroes Africa has 3 areas of focus shape all the projects we implement.These areas are Clinical,Technical and Social. Our projects are as follows:
Clinical Training: We support health institutions in the implementation of training programs which will build the capacity of the health workers to provide primary care to preterm babies.
Technical: We support health institutions by securing equipment which they need to provide effective primary care to our mothers and babies.
Social: We provide emotional and social support to the families of preterm babies and their babies, by giving care packages consisting of baby clothes, towels, blankets, soap, cotton wool, petroleum jelly, disposable diapers and cotton nappies. We also facilitate support groups, create recreational spaces for preterm mothers in hospitals, setting up knitting clubs, conducting home visits.
